Digital ARSI

Over the years, ARSI has launched several digitization projects with the aim of making materials available to researchers. This concerns both essential repertoires for research (see the specific section), but also published texts or digitizations of sources.

In the first group we find the Monumenta series available almost entirely in digital form (part digitized by ARSI, part by American Universities to which ARSI has granted permission) and some books of the BHSI series actually sold out.

At the moment there are no plans to make manuscripts held by the ARSI available online, but several copies of the Chinese Books series have been digitized and made available.

In addition, reproductions of the recently restored founding texts of the Society are made available for download: the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, the Spiritual Diary and the Constitutions.

The section closes with a collection of useful links to other institutes and projects useful for research on the History of the Society.
